What is S.W.A.T.?    Simply put S.W.A.T. means Service Within A Timeframe. When you contract Steve Loncto to be your service provider for your servers, workstations, laptops or laser printers there is a pre-agreed to level of service that equates to a defined level of response time. When you call for support tell me which level of severity you have and I will react accordingly.

Agreement And Rates

                                                                One year Contract         - $1200

                                                                Onsite rate                      - $75 per hour

                                                                Travel Rate                    - $25 per Trip in Tompkins County, NY

When you sign up for S.W.A.T. Service you pay $1200 at the time you sign the contract. When you place a call for service the onsite rate and the travel time rate for each call are subtracted from the $1200. There will be no additional charges for the year until total charges exceed $1200. If charges exceed $1200 you are billed at the hourly rate and travel time rates for the remainder of time spent.  S.W.A.T. contracts are renewable annually.

Service for your computers/ network available without S.W.A.T. Service at the same hourly rates and travel rates without commitment for response time.
